PSB950/1050 Prestressing Screw Bar for Bridge Construction
System Description:
TCPS’ bonded post-tensioning system with thread bars is a high-performance solution for improving the structural integrity and load-carrying capacity of concrete structures, and is specifically designed for straight tendons without any profile. There are two types of Thread bars- Hot rolled and Cold Rolled. All bars are with continuous thread end to end of bar and can be cut in any location and coupled. The low-slip anchorage with nuts allows for low losses of prestressing force, even with short bars.

Applications:
Our thread bar systems are used for connections, formwork and anchorages and have been installed in large-scale construction projects worldwide. Whether for building, underground, bridge or road construction, tunnelling or mining.
1. Strengthening of Structures: Post-tensioning systems are used to strengthen existing structures, such as bridges and concrete structures, that are experiencing increased loads or are aging. These systems can compensate for deficiencies in the original design and improve the infrastructure’s longevity
2. Longitudinal Resistance
3. Prefabricated Tendon Systems
4. Shear Resistance
5. Bonded Post-Tensioning Systems
6. Stress Bar Post-Tensioning:
Stress bar post-tensioning systems are a cost-effective solution for applying post-tensioning forces on short straight tendons without any profiles. They are used for a range of applications, including pre-cast connections in buildings, temporary and permanent bracing, and pre-stressed beams and columns
7. Anchorages for Post-Tensioning
