Threaded reinforcement for prestressed concrete PSB1200
The continuous external thread is hot rolled. The shape of thread bar is shown as following figure. The main dimension ranges from ⌀15mm-⌀50mm and the grade ranges from 500/630Mpa to 1200/1330Mpa.
Bonded post-tensioning system with threaded bars exhibit some of the best relaxation rates in North America. In North America, the threaded bars are hot rolled and available for 25mm, 32mm, 36mm and 40mm. Larger sizes 57mm, 63.5mm and 75mm are both cold rolled and hot rolled. Hot rolled threaded bars are 12m length and cold rolled threaded bars are 6m length.
