    One of the main advantages of a post-tension rod system is its ability to create longer, slimmer bridge designs. By tensioning steel bars to redistribute stress, engineers can eliminate the need for excess material, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective structure. This is particularly beneficial in areas with limited space or where the construction of a new bridge would cause significant damage to the surrounding environment.

    In recent years, soil nailing has seen an increase in popularity due to advancements in technology. With the use of geotechnical engineering software, engineers can model and simulate the effects of soil nailing in different climates and terrains. This allows for more accurate predictions of the performance of reinforced structures and minimizes the risk of failure during the construction process.

    Soil nailing has also been utilized in the transportation industry. In the construction of highways and railways, soil nailing has been used to stabilize slopes and prevent landslides. By reinforcing the soil, soil nailing can make transportation routes safer and more reliable.

    Fully threaded steel bars are currently used to anchor and support the dam body form of the dam foundation. In the cable-stayed bridge, fully threaded bars are used as the main ribs and bridge foundations of the main tower. The use of fully threaded steel bars saves steel, reduces component area and reduces component weight.

    The continuous external thread is hot rolled. The shape of thread bar is shown as following figure. The main dimension ranges from ⌀15mm-⌀50mm and the grade ranges from 500/630Mpa to 1200/1330Mpa.
