Product Introduction
How the Nut and Plate Work Together
- During Stressing:
- Strands are tensioned by hydraulic jacks.
- Wedges grip the strand inside the anchor plate’s tapered hole.
- After Stressing:
- Jacks release force → wedges bite into the strand, transferring load to the anchor plate.
- Hex nut is immediately tightened against the anchor plate, locking the strand’s position.
- Long-Term:
- Anchor plate distributes compression into concrete.
- Hex nut prevents wedge relaxation and seals the system.
